friendly staffclean roombland foodmusty smell
the staff were friendly at the bar. orla at reception helped me. it was amazing to have efficient people. the room was a large, clean room and comfy too.
i think the food was below par. i ordered a chicken and bacon salad but it lacked salad. also the bacon was lardons, it was too much. i found the bedroom dated with a musty smell.

An Uneven Experience

The food was ok. I guess, the service worked.
The shower temperature swung wildly from scalding to freezing. It was quite the experience. I told them after the first night of my stay. A plumber apparently visited, but the issue remained unresolved, what a surprise.

The breakfast staff were very helpful. The dinner menu had good variety and the staff was attentive. The lobby felt wonderfully cozy and warm. The room was much nicer than expected, a great experience!!!
There was some noise from mechanical equipment near my room's window.

The bar staff were very friendly. A WEE bar made it easy to relax after a long day. The food in the restaurant was good, and I appreciated the reasonable prices.
The room decor seemed a bit tired. I believe it needs some updates to feel modern.
